Portrait/Bust: 20 EUR

Additional shots (camera angles): +5 EUR per> What is a custom model and a custom 3D background scene?A custom model is a model that requires additional work to be done on my part beyond the standard process, hence the additional fee. What makes a model a custom one includes, but is not limited to: non-standard clothing, custom-made models/meshes and/or textures, major changes to the existing models/textures.
Similarly, a custom 3D scene background is a scene which I have to build from the ground up for a particular project, which usually takes much longer than in the case of existing scenes.
If you are unsure whether or not your commission will require a custom model or a custom 3D scene, do not hesitate to contact me. If it becomes clear at the time of ordering that your render idea will require either of those, I will inform you when giving you the total price for your commission.

Kofi Member Discounts

Monthly subscribers (Members) to my Kofi are eligible for discounts depending on their Membership tier: 10% (Bronze tier), 15% (Silver tier), and 20% (Gold tier). If you are eligible for a discount, I will take it into account when giving you the final price for your commission and in the invoice.

How It Works

1. You contact me (see the Contact Info section) and describe what you want made in as much detail as you consider necessary.
2. I get back to you as soon as I am able. I accept or decline your commission (see the Cancellations & Refunds section for details). We work out additional details of the commission (if necessary). Based on what we agree on, I provide you with a total amount to be paid.
3. I start working on your commission. During the process, I may contact you to further consult the details if the need arises - please try to reply as soon as you can so that your commission is not delayed.
4. Before locking in the final render(s), I will contact you and send you a preview of your commission. You can then either lock it in the way it is or ask for changes.
5. Once the final version has been locked in, no more changes can be made. I move to rendering it out and working on it in post.
6. I contact you again to deliver your commission.Note: In the event that I have multiple commissions at the same time, I prioritise working on them in chronological order. That said, it may happen that simpler renders will be completed earlier than more complex ones despite the order being put in later.

What You Receive

High-resolution non-watermarked image(s) in the PNG format. If there is a specific resolution you would like to receive instead/in addition to the above, please let me know. If you have ordered more than 1 shot, the images will come packed into a .zip folder.My signature perfectionism and attention to detail. Terms & Conditions

No explicit, illegal or prohibited content.Existing RGG/LAD characters preferred, but I am open to working with OC models tooCommissioned images belong to you, however you are not allowed to: resell them, either in digital or physical form; reproduce them digitally or physically for profit; claim to have created them in their original or edited form (including by omission of attribution unless done with my permission*); feed them into generative AI.* For example, using your commissioned image as a profile picture or banner does not require my permission, but attribution is still appreciated (“pfp by”, “banner by”, etc.). Posting your commissioned image(s) publicly without attribution, however, is generally not allowed.Once delivered, I will ask for your permission to post a small, watermarked version of your commission to my social media accounts and/or Kofi. You can deny this request if you would rather keep your commission private. If you want to post it on your social media, please provide credit by stating it was a commission and linking back to one of my accounts in the post.All personal information is confidential and will only be used in order to fulfil your commission.

Payment

Once I accept your commission, we agree on the details, and I provide you with the total sum owed, I will ask for your PayPal e-mail so I can send you an invoice when I begin working on your commission. You have 72 hours (3 days) to pay the quoted amount. There is a possibility to pay 50% of the sum upfront and the other 50% when your commission is ready — please note that in this case I will not send you the finished image files until I confirm the receipt of the remaining half of the payment.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you change your mind, you can cancel your commission within the first 72 hours (3 days) since ordering. However, if you have already paid for it, you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee.

👉 I reserve the right to decline any commission, and to update the above terms if necessary. By ordering a commission, you confirm that you have read and accept all the above.

Lastly, since I handle payments through Paypal, please specify the email associated with your Paypal account so I can send you an invoice.All personal information is confidential and will be used only to fulfil your order.I normally ship within 3 days of an order being placed. I will inform you about it and provide you with a tracking number in a separate email. Arrival time depends on destination country.
